Union City Industrial Partners is a 306,650 s.f. distribution facility leased to Southern Wine and Spirits of America, in a highly desirable distribution location in Northern California. The unique "U" shaped design of the building provides maximum efficiency for inbound and outbound traffic. Originally a build to suit for a warehouse/distribution company, it also includes 19,200 s.f. of two story office space, divided equally in the North and South portions of the facility.

 

 

CHAMP VENTURE

Champ Venture


Champ Venture is a design/build project in Chino, California of two industrial buildings totaling 625,000 square feet, for one of the larger regional Third Party Logistics ("3PL") Providers in Southern California. The project was completed under budget at a cost approximating $20 million in one of the nation's stronger warehouse/distribution regions, the Inland Empire West, some 40 miles from downtown Los Angeles. The facility offers high density racking storage, a streamlined stock locater system, highly sophisticated handling equipment, and 15,000 s.f. of premier office space.

 

 

BONITA PROPERTIES

Bonita Properties


Bonita Properties is a partnership that developed a site for Hughes Aircraft in Fullerton, California for a 550,000 square foot research and development facility, at a cost approximating $43 million. The project was completed in three phases, includes a 350,000 square foot adjacent parking structure, and extensive tenant improvement work.

 

 

SUNSET VERMONT MEDICAL ARTS BUILDING

Sunset Vermont Medical Arts Building


 

The 116,200 square foot medical building with matching parking garage, was built at a cost of $20 million, and is located on a historic site that in 1930 was the location for California's first drive-in restaurant. Developed in an area formerly referred to as "Bed Pan Alley" in Los Angeles, Kaiser Health Plan originally signed a major long term lease for the entire Sunset/Vermont Medical Arts Building.

425 West Broadway

 

Situated in Glendale, California, this 72,000 square foot office building is ideally located within two blocks of the prestigious Glendale Galleria retail center.

 

 

WEST CUTTING BOULEVARD

West Cutting Boulevard

 

This 250,000 s.f. distribution facility is located across the street from the Richmond Marina in Northern California. Past long term Tenants have included Ford Motor Company and outdoor gear maker, The North Face. Currently occupied by Win Cup Holdings and other distribution clients, this building has freeway visibility and offers excellent access to Northern California vendors.
